Shipping, returns and payment
We want it to be easy and simple to shop at Zaltify.com, and it is of highest importance for us, that you to feel safe, convenient and confident. We will in the following explain the 'play rules' of shopping at Zaltify.com.
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Zaltify.com. Using and placing orders on this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We serve the right to make price adjustments to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties. All our prices are in euros (sign: €; code: EUR) and the prices include VAT.
At Zaltify.com you can pay with all major credit and debit cards, inclusive Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. It is important, that you provide us with your exact billing address, the right digits on your credit card, e-mail address and telephone number. Please make sure, that you write the correct information, since incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. When we have received your order via our website, we send you a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address. This e-mail will include information of total amount of payment, shipping details and confirmation number.
Furthermore we will send you an invoice to your e-mail address, when we have shipped your products. Your order will be processed as soon authorization of your credit card has been properly received. Moreover, we first withdraw the money, when the products are sent from our supplier in Austria. Please save your invoice and your confirmation e-mail, because these documents are your receipt and warranty certificate.
Shipping, delivery and complaints
We deliver your order within 2 to 5 workdays. We deliver with GLS, UPS or others. We offer free shipping for orders over 125 euros in all EU. Please make sure and 'double check', that you write the correct delivery address – with all the necessary details.
We want to provide you safe, fast and secure delivery. Therefore, all our shipments are insured: Even though the Zalto glasses are strong, we cannot guaranty any breakage during transport. If a received glass has a breakage you:
- Take a photo and sent the photo and your confirmation number via
- If the breakage has happened during the transport, we will send a new glass to you
We advise you to inspect your products immediately, when you receive them. Please notice that we do not cover self-inflicted breakage, but we will with pleasure help you to buy a single glass as replacement.
We want to make it easy for you to trace your package, which is why we provide you with a tracking number, so you can follow the shipping.
Return and cancellation policy
Our return and cancellation policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You can cancel or return your order either by refuse to receive the package or you can return it to the address Oehlenschlægersgade 36, 1663 Copenhagen V, Denmark. If you cancel your order, we pay the whole purchase amount to you. Though, if you cancel your order, you will have to pay the shipping cost yourself. We advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
It is important, that the package and the products have to be in the same condition and wrapped, as when you received it – so please do not remove any labels or the like from the package. The glasses must be in the original packaging. We ask you as well to add a printed copy of your invoice as a proof of purchase. If you cancel an order, you will receive your money back as soon as we receive the package and we have had the time to inspect it. The money will be returned to your account. You cannot change the products in any other shops.
