The Zalto Burgundy Glass are the most beautiful wine glass I ever see but be careful cleaning them because they are super fragile !!!

As a long time fan of Zalto wine glasses that I consider add the most pleasure to my drinking pleasure I have been somewhat disappointed with my recent purchases.
It is like the rim of the glass has been less polished giving a slight raspiness on the lips . The thinness and smoothness of the rim, although I know this contributes to the fragility of the glass, has always been a hallmark of the brand.
I have compared new purchases with some bought two or three years ago and there is a difference.
Is this a change in production methods or standards or have I just been unlucky in the production batches received ?
J'utilise mes verres Zalto chaque semaine depuis maintenant 3 ans et je ne peux que les recommander. Ils sauront faire honneur à vos grands vins, comme ils sauront sublimer les vins de tous les jours.
L'expérience Zalto c'est boire dans un verre en oubliant qu'il y a un verre... légèreté absolue, buvant du verre d'une finesse immense et une souplesse du pied. Chaque dégustation dans ces verres est un moment de plaisir rien que grâce au verre!
